Revitalization of Older Homes (Hokusetsu)

We are engaged in a business of acquiring and renovating older homes, primarily in quiet residential areas of Hokusetsu, including Toyonaka, Suita, and Minoh, and revitalizing them as rental housing and other uses.

By making use of existing homes, we also contribute to the effective use of resources and the reduction of environmental impact. The video below shows a project example: a detached house renovation (318 m²) in Shinsenri Minamimachi, Toyonaka City.
